Need to re-order your pet’s medication?

Please use this form to request a repeat prescription for your pet’s medication. We will let you know when it’s ready for collection so you can drop in to pay & collect at a time that suits your schedule. Please let us know if you cannot pick the medication up during business hours. 

Note that, in most instances, a consultation is legally required on a 6 month basis (case by case basis, as determined by your vet), so if your pet has not been seen within the required time, this may be requested prior to any medication being dispensed. 

Orders are usually ready within 1–2 business days, depending on whether the item is in stock. For same-day collection, please contact the clinic staff directly over the phone instead of using this form.
